Look  what happens when your best mate actually does ask you to walk over hot coals for her!!

Yes, Tina and I are performing our own little bit of daring-do in aid of the Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance in October.  We shall be walking 5 metres over burning hot, firey coals to raise money for this very worthy cause.

The air ambulance is a fantastic and ultimately life saving service and should the worst ever happen I would be relieved to know they are there.  If you would like to read more please go to http://www.hiow-airambulance.org.uk/
