A large group of people includong myself are all going out for a walk on the 8th of July, to raise money for research and awareness of blood cancer, specifically Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma. (check out his blog at www.spleniclymphoma.com )

This condition often affects the over 60s but does also affect people much younger. With little research into it and virtually no resources this fund raising is to try and raise awareness and money for an eventual cure.

The aim is to go walking on the 8th of July, and simply cover as many miles as possible in a day. 

If we raise more than £5k, Marcus Evans will get a full body wax, recorded on his blog!
