We did it YEY!!!!   It was a damp windy start, but nevertheless our enthusiasm remained upbeat helped by a glass of bubbly as we set off from Cheltenham Racecourse.  After a rather entertaining warm up from the Star FM DJ dressed in a nurses outfit (nice shorts!!)  the sea of glowing bunny ears all marched on into Cheltenham town... the trek through town at 2am made for some entertaining sights and well wishers clapped and cheered us on as did the beeping cars that drove past 800 glowing bunny ears.  We made it round the 10k route not too worse for wear, a little tired and damp, we ended around 3am after checking back in and a well earned cup of coffee. 

I would like to say thank you to my fab team mates who helped make this possible.  Love you all xxx

I'm sure my Mum was watching down on us, she would've said 'that's well done my lovely girl'.

Some of you may know my wonderful Mum spent her last few weeks being cared for at Sue Ryder Hospice  Leckhampton in Cheltenham.  The amazing staff their took great care of my mum and us as a family and we are all truly thankful for all they did.  I would like to give a bit back to say thank you and support their on going work. 

On Saturday 8th of May at midnight I will be trekking 10k around Cheltenham to raise money for this amazing charity.  So whilst some of you maybe out on the tiles spare a moments thought for me, if you can spare a thought for me then maybe you can spare a penny or two??

I am most grateful for any contribution and I thank you for thinking of me and my Mum, even for a moment!
