We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

Ian and I are cycling the 59 miles from London to Southend on Sunday 18 July 2010.  This is in aid of The British Heart Foundation which is particularly important to us both having a history of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in my family and Ian having gone through a successful procedure for atrial fibrillation.

Please please sponsor us for this extremely worthy cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving and once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer so it’s the most efficient way to donate.

Thank you in advance.
