On Thursday the 8^th July, I am setting off with a group of 39 cyclists will be setting off on a 4 day cycle trek from to , raising money for Quintessentially Foundation.  This is around 360 miles, averaging 80 miles a day.

Quintessentially Foundation is a fantastic, independent grant-making charity raising money for health and education projects worldwide to help improve the lives of disadvantaged communities. In 2010 we are supporting four charities –

The Place2Be,
The House of St Barnabas,
Room to Read and
Children’s Villages.
