The concept

Everyone that works out on Feb 6th Donates at least £5.  They can also get sponsorship from friends/family/work colleagues for their workout. 

I have e-mailed all the other CrossFit affiliates in the UK who will hopefully be able to run a workout.  Get along to one if you can, do the wod and donate the cash.  If you can't get to an affiliate or gym then do a workout from home and donate to this page.  E-mail as many people as you know and get them to workout on Feb 6th and donate at least £5 to this page.  We can e-mail all our friends, post on whatever forums you prescribe to, post this on your website for all viewers to see and tell as many people as possible.
