James Musselwhite was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in April 2016 after a few years of bowel related issues. He is an avid gym goer and loves to cycle. He started following James Conlon (Founder of 'The Toilet,Me and IBD') on Instagram and they got taking about all things IBD. 

James M with the help of his friend Tim are planning to make the 122 mile journey in one day to meet James C.
