Anaphylaxis UK is the only UK-wide charity operating solely for the growing numbers of people at risk of serious allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.

Story

In August 2013, our team Captain Kip got stung in the chest by a wasp whilst out on a team training ride preparing for a 12 hour mountain bike race. Within 3 minutes she was fighting for her life in full blown anaphylactic shock. Thankfully she had always briefed the team on what to do and along with her calmness, carrying her medical supplies which included 2 EpiPens and our fellow team mate Matt's quick actions, paramedics and ambulances were on the scene within minutes. Kip suffered life threatening complications and experienced multiple reactions to this one exposure and has spent the past 10 months very ill. If we can help change one person's life and raise funds and awareness it will make all that Kip went through, & is going through in a way worthwhile. No matter how big or small the donation, please help us to help others. Thanks the Daisy Dog Photos Endurance Riders Cycling Team.
