On the 14^th October, I’ll be running the Yorkshire Marathon and 2 of my colleagues from the Irwin Mitchell Occupational Disease Team will be running the 10 mile event.

I have never run a marathon before, but I have been training (a little) and this is a charity that means an awful lot to us in the team, with many of our clients afflicted by life-changing respiratory illnesses.
