Prif ffocws Y Gymdeithas Strôc yw rhwystro strôcau a rhoi cefnogaeth i bobl sydd wedi cael strôc a'u teuluoedd. Mae hefyd yn ymgyrchu i godi ymwybyddiaeth o strôcau ac yn ariannu ymchwil i rwystro strôcau.

The Stroke Association's main focus is to prevent strokes and to give support to people who have had a stroke and their families. It also campaigns to raise awareness of strokes and fund research into stroke prevention.
