A team of us will be canoeing the river Medway over 2 days from Tonbridge to Gillingham covering approximately 30 miles some tidal and non tidal to raise money for the MHS charity of the year MIND we are all novices so this won't be an easy challenge.

We live in a world where mental health is becoming more and more talked about .

However there is still a huge stigma attached to this subject. And we want to raise awareness.

Mind believes that no-one should have to face a mental health issue alone. Wether it's stress, depression or in a crisis.
