We are all Ex British Forces who now work in Iraq as Security Contractors. We would like to raise as much money as possible for the Help for Heroes Charity. We believe it is an extremely worthwhile cause and would like to contribute as much as we can to help Service Men and Women who have been injured in Operations from the Falklands War to more recently in Iraq and Afghanistan . We are aiming to raise £20,000 so the excellent care in places like Headley Court can continue for as long as the Soldiers and Marines need it.

The event took place in the International Zone in Baghdad on the 29th of October 2009. Dan completed a Marathon on the Concept 2 rowing machine in 2 hours 48 minutes and Dave and Del completed 1000 Pull Ups and 1000 Press Ups in 3 hours. We would like to thank everybody who has donated and everybody who came to watch us in Baghdad on the night.
