I'm running the TCS London Marathon 2024, fundraising for BASICS Essex emergency medical charity. 

In preparation, I'm running a number of races leading up to the Marathon and raising money across them all. 

• Dedham 10k Run - Sunday 17th September 
• Langham 10k Run - Sunday 24th September 
• Mistley Witch Finder 10k Run - Sunday 1st October 
• Chelsmford Half Marathon - Sunday 15th November 
• London Marathon 2024! - Sunday 21st April 2024
