Story
The Challenge is completed!
The swim was better than expected, the bike ride rather hilly and windy but at least the sun shone. London was a different matter altogether! In what can be best described as a gale, Regent's Park was tougher than expected but I finished the event without injury and within what my Team advise me was a good time.
Great experience - not sure yet about the decathlon proposal!
Thanks to everyone for their support.

OMG - Today is the Day! I'm in Paris and I've completed the swim (15 mins faster than I was expecting!) which is the first challenge of the day....now off to Brussels. Time to prepare for the bike ride now - at least we have time inbetween to get dry! I also hope the rain holds off in London......

Thanks for taking the time to visit the CWT Rush 2 Kenya JustGiving page.
Having completed the London Marathon earlier this year, I was looking for a new challenge and somehow I agreed to my name being entered into a competition to compete in this my first Tri-Athlon taking place on this coming Tuesday, 14th September, organised by Eurostar. I will be swimming (1.5km) in Paris, biking (40km) in Brussels and running (10km) in London's Regent's Park all in just one day!
Whilst I have entered for the fun and personal challenge, it would be great if I could raise money for our 2010 charity, Rush 2 Kenya to ensure the medical attention which is so desperately needed can be delivered on an ongoing basis.
