Story

Hi All,

I was inspired to run this year’s London Marathon after my stint cheering for Help A London Child (HALC) last year.

Now that I have a place for the 2010 London Marathon for Help A London Child I need your help to raise £2000! Apart from the fact that your money will go to a great cause (more info on HALC below) you’ll get the satisfaction of knowing that I will be training through the winter running the painful hills of !

Here’s some more information on HALC for those of you who don’t already know Capital FM’s official charity.

Help a London Child was founded in 1975 by Lord Attenborough CBE, as 95.8 Capital FM's charity to assist and give opportunities to thousands of London’s children and young people experiencing abuse, homelessness, disability, poverty and illness. Over the last 34 years the charity has raised in excess of £20 million and awarded that amount to over 10,000 small groups across the Capital, directly helping over 1 million children.

Please give generously!
