I was lucky enough to win this award last year for work I did with an individual in a challenging situation.  

Looking at this award today and hearing that ROCK FM are raising money for less fortunate children I've decided its time to give a little. 

I will be doing training sessions mon, weds and fri at 7am and sat at 11am.  These are free for everyone, all I ask is if you enjoy them and can afford even a small amount (even just £0.50) then it'll go towards helping children in hardship and they will be thankful.
