Foodbank appeal

Fundraising for New Hope Community Church
£200
raised of £200 target
by 12 supporters
Since December 2012 our foodbank has delivered more than 340,000 meals to referred clients within 6 miles of our warehouse based in Killamarsh. The cost of living crisis has impacted the donations and the demand for this valuable community service.

Story

In these difficult times, lets look out for one another. Food banks will become ever more important this winter, any donations will go directly to New Hope Food Bank who help support those in need of a proper meal.

This November I will be going vegetarian to raise money for the New Hope Food Bank. As a lot of you will know I very much enjoy eating meat so this month will be a challenge, yet a good opportunity to discover some tasty vegetarian meals that will inevitably reduce my meat consumption! Joining me on this challenge are Libby,Tom &Tan, with my parents doing every other day as veggie!

Along with going Vegetarian Andrew and I will be participating in Movember.

Any support and donations will be very much appreciated ( As will good veggie recipes...). Whatever you can give will really make a difference.

Many thanks,

Dan

About the charity

We are an active community church working with front-line care agencies via our food-bank and furniture project. We run a charity shop to help fund the ministries of the church and also support people into employment through Job club and volunteering opportunities.
