I have now completed the London Maraton in a time of 5 hours and 20 min.    As some one who has served as a Corporal in the infantry in the recent conflicts in Iraq I have had first hand experience of the help and support that is needed to get injured service personal back on their feet.   Help for Heroes helps injured service personal across all 3  Armed services but they can only continue to do so through charitable donations.     Any contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated.
