As you know I'm a keen cyclist so this year my challenge is to ride the Clapham to Hove for Nightingale. However I will be riding down to the start line from my home in Barnet to make an 8am start... so the first challenge is not over sleeping.

The second challenge after completing the ride is getting myself ready for a triathlon that I have entered to be raced 31st May. So two different challenges of endurance. I have a target time for the triathlon but that will be revealed when I discover how training is going...
