We improve the lives of our patients to give them a better quality of life

Story

Me and my friends Mike and Vicky decided one day that we should go for a walk. We then decided that just going for a walk somewhere was not nearly adventurous or interesting enough! So, we decided that we would do a trek. The trek we choose is from to and ending with a climb up Ben Nevis ('s highest mountain). This is a 110 mile trek through the highland of Scotland.

THEN we had the bright idea of doing this for charity as well as it is, after all, going to be a bit of a challenge! So I decided to do this for the charity that is partly responsible for mending my Mum. The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre Appeal seeks to raise funds for extra clinical facilities and for medical research, which cannot be provided by the NHS.  They urgently need to continue to support the increasing needs of our patients and staff. This charity makes a massive impact on the patients and staff of the NOC.

It would be fantastic if anyone could contribute something to this great charity and I promise to show pictures of me climbing out of a ditch covered in mud with a twisted ankle. As the saying goes 'every little helps',
