Mick Fitzpatrick, loving husband of Iris, our Dad and Grandad passed away peacefully aged 77 on the 17th December 2019 after fighting a strong and courageous battle with cancer. He has had many years living with Polycystic Kidney Disease and had a kidney transplant nearly four years ago. He has been looked after by the Renal Department at Doncaster Hospital and all the staff have been like a family to him especially Dr El-Kosi who was Dad’s specialist who fine tuned all his treatment and gave emotional professional support at all times. Please support their charity DaBKA in memory of our Dad and help raise funds towards new scanners and equipment which they really need to support others with kidney problems.

Our Dad’s funeral is at 11am on Friday 10th January at St Joseph & St Nicholas RC Church, Bloomhill Road, Moorends, DN8 4SS.
