Myself, Dave Myers, Pete Preston and Andrew Harrison, along with Colin Thompson our support driver, will ride the 156 miles from St Bees in the Lake District to North Bay, Scarborough in just 3 days in support of a friend Thomas Lawlor who lost both his legs in Afganistan earlier this year. All donations will go direct to Help for Heroes
