Bad Things Happen to Good People
Darren was a gentle, fun and charming man. A colleague from his London days said, “In the cut throat world of money broking he was a true gentleman, kind and generous.”
Our friends have always had so much praise and warmth for Darren and one of many comments in condolences cards was “I loved him from the get go!”
It would be hard to find a nicer man, and I am truly lucky to have been married to Darren for 12 years. He always spoke of such love for his family and how proud he was of his daughter Jo jo.
Maintaining friendships with his school friends, they remember his naughty cheeky, giggle and smile, his respectful and gentle manner, which is echoed in the sympathy messages from his patients.
It is so sad he left the party early!
If you would like to do something in memory of Darren, we would prefer donations to the Hospice instead of flowers. The team at Hospice in the Weald was absolutely fantastic, and the work they do is of huge importance to the community. Thank you.
