<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>On 23rd June I am embarking on an unsupported cycle ride from London to Paris with the aim to complete it in 5 days which, considering my dubious levels of fitness, is going to be pretty challenging.</p> <p>I am completing the ride for Headway Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. They are a local branch of a charity who, since 1986 have provided support to people with head injury and other forms of acquired brain injury, their family members, carers, and interested professionals.</p> <p>Since the change in Government spending they have seen their&nbsp;funding&nbsp;fall. Although I have set my target at &pound;500 I really would like to raise more. Please note that my employer will match any donations up to&nbsp;&pound;250 (please note this is still pending their approval) providing a great opportunity to really make a difference.</p> <p>Please donate generously.
