As many of you will probably know I love a challenge and love an adrenaline fix and when the opportunity to abseil the Broadgate Tower came up I couldn't help myself so...

We'll be abseiling down Broadgate Tower from the 32nd floor, a total of 165m (541ft) which will definitely be well above my comfort zone.

As part of a Ricoh UK Leadership programme, our team is  running a series of fundraising activities, with the flagship event being the Abseil Challenge on September 11th.

Children in Need has been a charity I and many of you have supported for years, it's a worthy cause so being able to step up and go above and beyond to raise money for it is something I'm extremely proud to be a part of.
