I am chief instructor of Leicester Karate Club and a good friend and former senior grade of our club was struck down with cancer. He sadly passed away recently and it has affected many of us deeply as he was such a strong, unique man. As a result of the wonderful care he received at LOROS we decided to raise money for this great hospice so that it can continue its work for other needy people in the future.

On the 19th December, 11 of took part in a sponsored karate event and performed 5,500 squats and 22,000 punches.

Some people have asked how they can contribute and I have set up this page for those who wish to donate to this worthy cause.
