Story
34 years since the London and Sheffield Marathons and 13 years since the Great North Run, when son Simon and I trotted round together on behalf of Marie Curie Cancer Care ( Paula Radcliffe also ran: exactly twice as fast as us), I thought it was time for a new challenge, on behalf of this superb charity who support patients and families with terminal cancer, often enabling them to be nursed in the comfort and loving atmosphere of their own homes. Marie Curie rely on voluntary donations and, although I don't expect to raise as much as Ranulph Fiennes, every little helps. Your support will be gratefully received and encourage my training through the wintry weather. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
