I have decided to participate in the 'Tri for Life' event this Sunday, 5th September after months of training, and will attempt to do the more challenging triathlon to last year

 
This consists of a 1/2 mile swim, 30k Bike ride & 7.5k run and although challenging should be a 'fun day'

 

However, the most important reason I am participating is to raise as much money as I can for a range of amazing & worthwhile charities, inc Great Ormond St Hospital, Leukaemia Research, Rays of Sunshine Childrens Charity and World Jewish Relief.
