Dear friends on 20th February 2016 I aim to cycle from Caernarfon Castle to Chepstow Castle 190miles to raise funds for MacMillan and their continuation to find a cure for Cancer. I am dedicating my journey to my friend and colleague David Williams who lost his life after a short illness on the 23rd of Febuary 2015. He was and always will be my friend and my colleague. RIP old man and I will see you on the far post. I also would like to help all those who fight the big fight. Keep on believing and fighting
