I am a lucky man. I had to pester the doctor for a specialist appointment. I knew things were not right. This lead to  immediate surgery meaning no chemo was necessary. The surgeon said it was rare to avoid further treatment, but the early signs that something was not normal brought my case in before  the cancer could spread.I had to have  one more op this past September but the future is bright for me and my family.
