I am running the Great Scottish Run (also known as the Glasgow Half Marathon) to raise money for the Association for International Cancer Research (AICR).   

I've been training hard and haven't had a beer (or any other alcoholic drink!) in August to help get myself ready for this - so I'm looking forward to running 13.1 miles around Glasgow to help raise some money for a very worthy cause.

My target time for the race is 2 hours - and for every minute I take longer than that I'll be donating an extra £10 to AICR.
