On the 17th June I will be cycling 50 miles from London to Brighton. The British Heart Foundation is ISS' corporate charity, so my work colleagues and I are trying to raise around £250 each in support of their great work.

It is over 40 year ago that I did anything like this, so this may be my first and last attempt at this ride so please dig deep and donate now!
