On 23rd September we are entering a team into the St Kentigern charity day at Abergele Golf Club. St Kentigern Hospice cares for people with life-threatening illnesses. It offers a quality palliative care service in the catchment area of North East Wales. The hospice focus's on the patient's quality of life which includes controlling symptoms through a holistic approach taking into account the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. There is no charge for these services
