We’re there for people in Sussex and East Surrey, with expert hospice care, when and where they need us most. Our care is only possible thanks to the generosity of our local community who donate to and volunteer with us. Community support means we’re there when life comes full circle.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I'll be running my 2nd London marathon on 21st April 2013.

I intend to raise £1,500 for St Catherines Hospice in Crawley.  Its a local charity who do amazing work and provide care, support and compassion for people during their final days.

This is a cause very close to my heart.  St Catherines took care of my Grandmother and Uncle who have passed away from cancer and I can't think of a more worthwhile cause.

St Catherines critically rely on voluntary donations and legacies.  The care they provide  is only made possible thanks to the generosity of supporters and volunteers as only 30 per cent of their running costs are provided by the NHS.

Each year St Catherines need to raise £5m in voluntary income to ensure they can keep providing their vital services to those who need them.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Please dig deep and donate now.
