I have decided to run this years Virgin London Marathon and have managed to secure a place thanks to The Presidents Sporting Club/Essex Disabled Sports Foundation (Registered Charity Number 1001176).

The Presidents Sporting Club/Essex Disabled Sports Foundation has now raised well over £1 million which has been donated to local schools and organisations to provide sporting facilities and opportunities for disabled children in the area. Taking part in sport increases the children's self confidence, physical development and self asteem and helps them to meet challenges that they may face later in life.
