Windsor Half Marathon 2015 · 27 September 2015 ·

There are 14.7million people – that’s more than one in six – in the UK living with a neurological condition. Here at the country's leading neurological centre, we’re passionate about supporting the hospital to help improve the lives of patients through treatment and research.

Story

As many of you know a lovely fired of mine recently suffered a brain hemorrhage. With the love and support of her family and friends, Viv is still fighting on the road to recovery and her husband and son Malcolm and Mark have organised a team to run in the Windsor Half Marathon in support of the National Brain Appeal. The National Brain Appeal raises money for the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Without the research, expertise and dedication of charities such as these hospitals will not be able to gain the knowledge, funding and equipment to continue to treat patients.

Please, please show support any contribution is valued and can make a huge difference.
