I will be running in the Karen Trust 5K Run at Wardown Park, Luton on Sunday 14th November 2010.

For those of you that don't know, Karen, a Mum-of-three, was a school friend of mine who sadly died last year from a brain tumour. 

The mission of 'The Karen Trust' is to open a dedicated retreat home in the UK for terminally ill cancer patients.

Last year the Charity raised in excess of £20K and we are hoping that all of our supporters, friends, patrons and family will once again help us raise funds for this wonderful cause.
