On the 14th November 2007 my Dad died at the Martlets Hospice.  He was an in-patient for just 5 days, and in that time the care and support we recieved was outstanding.  It is 4 years this year since Dad died and I just want to give something back to the place and staff that gave so much to us as a family at such a difficult time in our lives.
