I am running this years Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the Thorne Mason Trust, a charity that was founed my my husband Mike after he was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour in 2007.

The Thorne Mason Trust runs a local support session to help people affected by cancer and is also raising money for brain tumour research.

Sadly, my dear husband Mike passed away in November last year and I wish to carry on the good work that he started and help to find a cure for this terrible illness which has devastated our family.
