Well it's that time again when I start asking/ begging people to sponsor me again!

It was a fantastic experience to take part in the Great north Run 2006, and a great priviledge to run on behalf of such a wonderful charity. So good that I decided to do it all again this year!

I managed to raise £565.00 last year and I'd love to be able to do the same, if not better this year.
