Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have completed every Great North Run, since the first one in 1981. Once again I will be raising money for St. Oswald's Hospice, which provided wonderful support when my father died in 1988. I have decided to run as Indiana Jones again (my fourth time in this outfit). It always gets a good reaction from the crowd and helps me raise money along the route.
This year I have been awarded a spot on the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square, as part of Antony Gormley's One & Other project. My allocated slot is 9pm - 10pm on Wed 19th August. I hope to raise more money for St. Oswald's during this time. Feel free to come along on the 19th to offer your support.
