On Sunday 31st January, despite snow on the beach and very rough seas, I  plunged into the freezing North Sea at South Shields with a group of like-minded loonies to raise money for the excellent Great North Air Ambulance folk.  Thank you to everyone who sponsored me.  If anyone else would like to sponsor me as well to help reach my target, I would be very grateful (don't forget to check the Gift Aid box too).
