Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to visit my charity page.

This will be my third bike ride and each of the previous two have been, for me anyway, a true challenge -almost 300miles over 5 days in tropical heat !

This year also is no picnic - my colleagues and I are cycling 400km in 5 days over the very challenging mountainous and active volcanic interior of Costa Rica. 

We’re raising funds for The Openwork Foundation which supports children who are physically, mentally or socially disadvantaged.  Thanks to you, last year The Openwork Foundation raised over £500,000 and were able to donate more than £485,500 to these charities. I can let you have details of how your money makes such an enormous difference to the day to day lives of the children.
