Please don't feel obliged to donate this year in these financially difficult times, but I will be doubling the distances from last year at the Tatton park triathlon this Saturday, in an attempt to scrape some money together for the 'friends of Great Ormond St charity'. My good friends Cathy Chamberlain and Lucy Griffiths will also be putting themselves through this gruelling morning in a bid to help raise money.

As most of you know Gt Ormond St hospital saved Belle's life in 2008. Last year we managed to raise over £21,000 for the hospital as it desperately needed a new suite in the MRI department - and we managed to fund it!!

This year we are raising money for the 'friends of Gt Ormond St charity' which supports the families of those children who are seriously ill.
