I am taking part in a sponsored swim this weekend to raise money for the Noah's Ark Children's Hospice.  They provide an incredible service and practical support to an estimated 350 life-limited children, and their families, living within the communities of South Hertfordshire and North London.

I know its really late notice, but please give anything you can to help this deserving cause. If you happen to feel like waking up early on Saturday morning or happen to be just getting home... feel free to come watch me try and swim 1 mile in Victoria Docks at 9:30am.
