Epilepsy affects millions of people worldwide. Unfortunately, many of the causes are unknown and sometimes hard to treat. A seizure can strike at any moment making regular life a challenge. 

We all probably know someone who is coping. 

So I wanted to support this worthy charity which has two simple goals.

1. To improve the quality and availability of health care services for people with epilepsy.
2. To improve awareness and understanding of epilepsy.

Four years on from an epic Ultramarathon in Equador Budgie and I are off to Namibia for our next adventure in November.

200km on fat bikes over two days and 103km on foot over 2.5 days in some of the biggest dunes in the world.
