Well it feels like Ground Hog day again ! My second Three Peaks Challenge - the climbing of the 3 highest peaks in Scotland , England and Wales  - Ben Nevis , Scafell Pike and Snowdonia in just 24 hours !

Last year my charity was Diageo Africa's  Water of Life , this year my charity is more close to home  , the Multiple Sclerosis Society . My brother contracted MS a few years ago and his and his family's every day life has been considerably impacted by this condition .

For those who don't know this condition , MS is the most common disabling neurological condition affecting young adults. Around 100,000 people in the UK have MS.

MS is the result of damage to myelin - a protective sheath surrounding nerve fibres of the central nervous system.When myelin is damaged, this interferes with messages between the brain and other parts of the body.For some people, MS is characterised by periods of relapse and remission while for others it has a progressive pattern. For everyone, it makes life unpredictable.
