Me, my boys, my sister and Mum and Dad have decided to take part in the 5k Colour dash in memory of beautiful Elsa, a little girl that has touched so many hearts.

Just under a year ago, Elsa was diagnosed with the life limiting condition Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and sadly passed away, almost a year to the day when we will be taking part in the Colour Dash. She was just 9 months old.

Bluebell Wood, not only looked after Elsa in her final days, but also looked after the family, both whilst Elsa was ill and ever since. They could not have been more accommodating, and whilst it was a desperately sad reason to visit the Hospice, it was such a happy place. They make you forget the reason you are there and concentrate on having a happy time with your loved ones.
