We are taking part in a guided sponsored walk (arranged by West Wirral Walks) on Hilbre Island, Wirral, on Sunday 18th July 2010. 

All donations will go directly to Claire House hospice.

Claire House is a 10 bedded hospice for children with life threatening and life limiting conditions from across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man. Located on the Wirral, it is a self supporting, non-government funded vibrant place of hope for children, young adults and their families.
