Story

During the weekend of the 8th / 9th May, E Social are hoping to help a local charity, The Footsteps Foundation. Radley College already has connections with Footsteps by helping give music therapy and through fundraising concerts at Dorchester Abbey.

The Footsteps Foundation is based in Dorchester-On Thames and provides financial assistance to families in need of support, enabling children with cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders to access the Footsteps therapy programme.

The boys and staff of E Social will be competing in our triannual 24 hour football competition. All boys and staff are split into two teams, and those teams compete against each other for 24 hours straight - 6pm Saturday to 6pm Sunday. There must be at least 12 people on the pitch at all times, and the time slots will be a mixture of intra year group and slots where each team will have a member of each year group on the pitch. This year will see the Black team (captained by Kristian Gilliat-Smith) take on the Pink team (captained by Nick Tompkins). May the best side win, and hopefully we can raise as much money as possible.
